We've been dating for two and a half years, and ever since then, we've slightly kept our relationship private. Well, only our family and friends knew about us, and most of them that we know have always supported us, which is the greatest feeling ever. After everything that he's done for me these last two years, I've wanted to draw something special for him and post it on dA. This is when we have agreed to share our relationship story and how we became so close. He is the best thing that's ever happened to me, and I'm so happy to have him in my life! 
He is actually someone that I've met on deviantART. He doesn't draw very much, but he comes up with the most creative ideas for my projects during some of my older days here, and he always motivates me into drawing and writing. Before we started talking, we've learned that we have some things in common, including that we both have aspergers, we love and grew up with Disney, and we've been through very similar complications while growing up. The more we've talked, the more we relate to one another. I began to develop a crush on him for a while, after the times he came to me. There was something about him that makes me feel alive on the inside. I feel just like myself every time I talk to him.
He only discovered me through my oldest Tophella drawings and has loved the crack couple just as much as I do. I was so happy to find someone that I can share my rarest interests with. We've been close as friends for quite some time. We've always learned something new about one another. He's never dated anyone before, while I've had some failed relationships in high school. I am his first, he is my last. We also come from two different backgrounds. One day, during the month of love, he confessed to me that he has strong feelings for me, after one virtual kiss. I was so happy and I end up telling him that I feel the same way for him!
We ended up meeting each other in real life one year after our relationship started. We recognize how close we live by states, so we used our opportunity to see each other any time we can. We first met during Valentine's Day at the mall last year, and it was the best day I've ever had in my entire life. Ever since then, we continue to see each other during breaks and events, which always makes us so happy. I've never been this close with anyone before asides my mom. We even went as far as meeting some of each other's families. My mom has always enjoyed his company, the same way his grandmother enjoyed mine. ^^ Whenever we're away from each other, we always call every night and sometimes during the day when we felt like hearing each other's voices.
Sometimes we get into arguments and have our own differences, but it never stopped us from staying together. Whenever something goes wrong, we always manage to work things out between us. Of course no relationship is absolutely perfect. Even with our personal flaws, I would never trade it in for anything else. It takes mistakes to maintain a relationship, and I'm very happy that he never left me + I never left him either. Despite what anyone says, I feel very lucky to have him as my boyfriend, and I will never find anyone else like him. I never thought my future-after-high-school would turn out as bright as I was hoping. We're always here for each other when something was bothering one of us. I've never been alone anymore ever since we started sharing a lot in common. He's made me feel so great about myself before we started dating. He is my one and only prince!
Whew, that was a long story!
I've been working on this picture for about a half-week. I was quite busy as of late, but I'm very happy I finally get to draw and post this. ^^ I want to do another mix of modern X princess for this picture! My boyfriend helped me pick out his outfit for the drawing, since he has a very specific taste for how he wants to dress for certain occasions. I've decided to go for the more princess-vibe, since he likes to call me princess. >w< If I plan to draw more of us in the future, you'll most likely see us dressing up as fictional characters or couples from any shows, movies, or series we both like. ^^ I really hope you like it, Seb! Thank you for being the best prince in the world!

it's just really sweet and I haven't been on DA for such a long time and the feeling of nostalgia comes back when I see some of my favourite fanart!
I don't know much of your relationship right now but I hope you both feel more comfortable and open about your relationship being public! Every couple has their differences with relationships where some are more comfortable more than others but it's still brave of both of you to come out with your relationship through your art! It's still okay to keep things private about your relationship that you don't wish on telling others!
